  • Automatic backwash filter system, equipped with a disc filter component, operated using a 3” valve (300 series).

    The pipeline is made of high-density polyethylene composite pipe, easy to install and durable.

    Maximum flow rate is 256m³/h

    The AZUD automatic centrifugal filter system can implement backwashing of one unit while the remaining units are still in the filtering state, which can be provided by the installation.

    Functions:

    • Filtration stage:

     Water enters the filter, and when passing through the spiral disc at the bottom of the disc gate group, the water flows at high speed, producing a centrifugal effect, causing the pollutants in the water to move away from the disc.
     Deep filtration is then implemented through the disc.

    • Backwash stage:

     The filtered water enters the filter in the reverse direction, passes through the filter core, the disc decompresses, and backwashing is implemented.
     Solid pollutants are discharged through the drain pipe.
     The filter disc is compressed again and enters the filtration stage.
